How is your jewelry produced?
All of my products are hand-fabricated with reclaimed silver and gold. I work with US manufacturers that recycle gold and silver for certified green product. Gemstones are either Fair Mined or stones I have gathered and hand cut in my studio on the Oregon Coast. Diamonds are either conflict free natural gems, recycled or lab grown depending on your choice. Also I use green practices in my studio.
How long will it take for my jewelry to ship?
All of my pieces are made by hand, and some pieces are made once you order.
Items in stock ship in 1-2 days.
Made to order items ship within 1-3 weeks.

What is your online return policy?
Online orders are eligible for return for a refund, if the piece is returned to us within 14 days of being delivered in original condition. You may also choose store credit on returns.
Return shipping is not covered, and we cannot refund the order's shipping payment once it goes out.
We request that you reach out to us with your return request.
Please note that special custom orders and sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Why do the stones on my piece look different than those on the website?
We value the unique natural qualities of all the material we use. Many of our stones have natural texture, inclusions or coloring that can differ from stone to stone.

How do I know my ring size?
To get a more accurate size you can request a free ring sizer mailed to you, or have your finger sized by a jeweler.

Size, type of stone, shape and if it's faceted. What metal do you want? Sterling, 14K Gold or 18K Gold. If for a ring include your ring size and the general width of band you'd like - narrow (1-2mm), medium (3-5), or wide band (6mm or wider). Send to info@thegreenjewelershop.com
